You will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end technical delivery of applications built on the OutSystems platform. Your responsibilities will include defining and enforcing architecture, design patterns, and development standards across teams. Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to gather and validate requirements will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for translating business needs into high-level technical solutions and architecture. Managing and supporting the full SDLC from design to deployment and post-production support will be essential. Moreover, you will mentor and guide a team of developers, conduct code reviews, pair programming, and coaching. Additionally, you will own solution performance tuning, security implementation, and scalability decisions. Leading complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring code quality, modularity, reusability, and documentation standards is also a key aspect of your role. You will implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release management. Monitoring and optimizing application performance and troubleshooting critical production issues will be essential. Supporting governance and compliance using OutSystems Architecture Dashboard and Lifetime will also fall under your purview. Promoting innovation and adoption of new OutSystems features and best practices will be encouraged. - Expertise in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime - Proven experience in architecting and leading enterprise-scale OutSystems projects - Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, modularization, performance, and security - Proficient in integrating external systems using APIs, enterprise services, or connectors - Solid grasp of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and using project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps - Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly - Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
