Join EY to build an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to creating a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team at EY, you will work on various Guidewire implementation projects for customers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute as a team leader (technical leader) to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects. - Interface with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor project deliverables, and mentor the project team. - Provide regular status reports, interface with customer representatives, and be willing to travel as needed. - Build a quality culture, manage performance of direct reports, foster teamwork, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience. - Mandatory skills include proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging System, Tomcat, and/or Websphere/Weblogic. - Real-time knowledge in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain. - Understanding of software development best practices and prior client-facing experience. - Preferred experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector. - Preferred skills include experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration, Insurance domain knowledge, and prior client-facing experience.
