LDC (Lean Digital Core) is a multi-year digital transformation program at Novartis. We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our core team and contribute to our multi-country rollout projects. As an Integration Manager, you will be responsible for owning deliverables and milestones across the organization to support the Novartis LDC Program. Your main focus areas will include technical and functional integration management for LDC core systems (S/4 Ecosystem & core extensions) and connected systems. You will need to maintain transparent and trusted communication channels, ensure tracking of integration management topics, meetings, and decisions, and guarantee that implemented solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to architecture design and standards. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact. Continuous improvement of the Novartis LDC S/4 Ecosystem technical environment will also be a key responsibility, requiring proactive feedback and lessons learned. In this role, you will lead associates from different teams, ensuring close collaboration between all necessary organizations and parties such as Architecture, Security, Operational support teams, Compliance, and program resources. Adherence to Security and Compliance policies is crucial, as well as supporting Release and Deployment and Development leads on topics related to Platform/Integrations throughout the program lifecycle. Furthermore, you will coordinate with all middleware stakeholders (e.g., APIGW, MFT) to resolve any integration-related issues. The minimum requirements for this role include a University degree in business/technical domains or equivalent proven experience & certifications in the field. You should have a proven track record of broad industry experience and an excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships. A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional IT experience in SAP Project Management, specifically in integration with various systems/third parties/solutions, is necessary. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Sample Manager LIMS v123 for battery testing workflows, which includes managing job sample test hierarchies.
