Maintain hygiene of mailing lists, segmentation, and compliance with WhatsApp and email regulations (e.g., GDPR, TRAI). Collaborate with design, product, and business teams to align messaging with ongoing initiatives. Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards with actionable insights. Requirements What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in email and/or WhatsApp marketing roles. Proficiency in marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Mailmodo, WebEngage , or similar. Awareness or prior use of AI tools for copywriting, audience segmentation, or campaign optimization. Strong copywriting and communication skills.
