Integration Engineer

In this position, your responsibilities will involve engaging with Customer and Partner technical staff and developers to identify requirements. You will be tasked with designing technical architectures and data models, as well as assisting in implementing integrations, onboarding, and deployment processes. Your role will also include verifying integrated solutions through configuration audits, providing long-term support, and onboarding new customers to facilitate faster time-to-value. Furthermore, you will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, systems, data models, and custom metrics, and recommending best-practice approaches. Your involvement in testing and QA activities to support customer go-live processes is crucial. Responding to Customer Support Service Requests and Escalations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will work closely with Product Management, Support, and Engineering teams to translate customer business needs and product feedback into innovative solutions. Assisting Sales teams in setting up prospective customers for success during onboarding and serving as a thought leader and advocate for the company in webinars, blog postings, and speaking events are important aspects of this position. Your skill set should encompass expertise in integration, APIs, RESTful APIs, web services, PHP, OAuth, GraphQL, and tools like Snap Logic, BOOMI, and MuleSoft. Your ability to exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise when addressing customer issues and escalations will be highly valued in this role.,
