Job Description

You will be joining Bazaarvoice, a company that creates smart shopping experiences by connecting brands and retailers with consumers through a global network, community, and enterprise technology. Your role as an Integration Engineer in the Business Technology Operations team will involve designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes between applications across cloud and on-premises environments. You will also be responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations. Additionally, you will provide technical subject matter expertise and collaborate with architects, tech leads, and business analysts to ensure development activities align with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premises - Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations - Provide technical subject matter expertise and collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with business objectives **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of integration experience, programming experience with Java/Python/Ruby on Rails - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workato - Strong understanding of various protocols/methods of communication, including JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, XML, XML Schemas, REST, JSON, FTP, SFTP As part of Bazaarvoice's team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, global environment.
