Hands-on experience providing engineering support for enterprise API Management platforms with Apigee Hybrid / Edge API proxy, policies, and developer portal.
Experience with API Registry and Marketplace
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Support, or DevOps.
Experience troubleshooting DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Experience instrumenting monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk etc.).
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift) and containerized workloads.
Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and networking fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and incident management skills.
