Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Automation Strategy & Execution Develop and own the internal IT automation roadmap aligned with the company strategy. Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using RPA, scripting, and workflow tools. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of automation initiatives. Design and implement automation solutions facilitating seamless data exchange across different systems, including cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Collaboration Mentor team members, support skill development, and encourage knowledge sharing. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Educate business units on the value and capabilities of automation. Process Automation and Workflow Management Identify, develop, and implement automation workflows to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks like data entry and reporting, allowing teams to focus on strategic goals. Create and maintain automated workflows to ensure tasks are executed in the correct sequence and efficiently routed to relevant stakeholders for approvals. Skills & Experience Proficiency in BPA (Business Process Automation) or other process automation and integration tools. Strong knowledge of SQL, Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate), and Webservices. Experience with ConnectWise is a plus but not mandatory.
