Integration and IT Automation Specialist

You will be responsible for the following key areas: - **Automation Strategy & Execution** - Develop and own the internal IT automation roadmap in alignment with company strategy. - Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using RPA, scripting, and workflow tools. - Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of automation initiatives. - Design and implement automation solutions that enable seamless data exchange between disparate systems, including cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid environments. - **Collaboration** - Mentor team members and facilitate skill development and knowledge sharing. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements. - Influence and educate business units on the value and capabilities of automation. - **Process Automation and Workflow Management** - Identify, develop, and deploy automation workflows to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, and document generation enabling teams to focus on strategic initiatives. - Build and maintain automated workflows that ensure tasks are executed in the correct sequence and routed efficiently to relevant stakeholders for approvals and actions. **Skills & Experience** required for this role include: - BPA (Business Process Automation) or other process automation and integration tools - SQL - Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) - Webservices - Knowledge of ConnectWise would be a plus (but not essential) About Potentiam: Potentiam helps SME companies build world-class offshore teams.
