Integration and Commissioning Manager

Role Overview: As the commissioning and site acceptance lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and managing all activities related to JRI, SAT, and post SAT activities of the project. You will also plan, coordinate, and manage the installation of radar sub-systems (cooling, DG etc) and ensure timely completion of JRI and SAT of the equipment. Building, training, and managing the site installation and commissioning team will be a key part of your role. Effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team of technicians from varied streams across the country will be crucial for the success of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), JRI & I&C projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer relationship management to streamline processes and improve business relationships with customers. Proficiency in MS Office, projects, Power BI tools for planning, execution, reporting, and communication is essential for this role.
