We are looking for a Key Account Manager Sales for one of our clients, a Cisco Gold Partner located at Enkay Tower, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a background in system integration and experience working with OEMs such as Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, etc. The offered CTC is between 08 LPA - 10 LPA with a notice period ranging from immediate to 15 days. To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate initiative, drive, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and clients, achieving sales targets, and generating revenue. This position requires expertise in IT networking, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will be evidenced by proactively engaging in the sales process to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The role initially focuses on understanding customers" business and solution requirements, gaining market share across a range of network solutions, and cross-selling/upselling hardware products to new and existing clients. You will also be responsible for generating new business leads through networking, relationship development, inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. Building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, creating referenceable case studies, and collaborating with Account Managers to qualify opportunities are essential aspects of this role. Adequate knowledge of integrated solutions and networking products is required. Qualifications for this position include a contextual understanding of IT Sales/B2B Networking, security, 1-6 years of experience in IT Sales/Account Management/Integrated Solutions, a bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields, and proficiency in customer relationship management software and data analysis. Key skills needed for this role include a deep understanding of customer needs, product knowledge, competitive environment, time management, organizational skills, influencing abilities, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
