Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical or industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates. You'll drive the activities of Industrial expertise at the ISC, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality outputs and support to depot operations. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (SER Ops PL, ISR team, Projects & Tenders), monitor and optimize resources, and much more. Youll specifically take care of developing team capabilities in line with organizational strategy, implementing KPIs for performance monitoring, and ensuring REX capitalization is internalized into operations. Additionally, you'll focus on employee engagement, development, and retention.
