Job Description Fitter & Welder Position: Fitter / Welder Experience: Fresher to 6 months Location: Indapur Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Automobiles Key Responsibilities (Fitter): Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components. Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements. Operate basic hand tools and machines. Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair work. Follow safety guidelines and maintain work discipline. Ensure quality standards are maintained during fitting operations. Key Responsibilities (Welder): Perform MIG / TIG / Arc welding as per requirement. Weld and fabricate metal components according to drawings. Inspect weld quality and ensure proper finishing. Maintain welding tools and equipment. Follow safety procedures and use PPE properly. Support production team in daily welding tasks. Qualification: ITI / Diploma Fitter or Welder Basic understanding of tools, welding machines & measurements Skills Required: Knowledge of welding/fitting tools Ability to read basic drawings Good handeye coordination Quality-focused and safety-conscious Willingness to learn (for freshers) CTC: Fresher: 22,000 Experienced (6 months): 32,000
