Fitter Welder

Position:

Key Responsibilities (Fitter):

• Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.

• Operate basic hand tools and machines.

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair work.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain work discipline.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained during fitting operations.

Key Responsibilities (Welder):

• Perform MIG / TIG / Arc welding as per requirement.

• Weld and fabricate metal components according to drawings.

• Inspect weld quality and ensure proper finishing.

• Maintain welding tools and equipment.

• Follow safety procedures and use PPE properly.

• Support production team in daily welding tasks.

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma Fitter or Welder

• Basic understanding of tools, welding machines & measurements

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of welding/fitting tools

• Ability to read basic drawings

• Good handeye coordination

• Quality-focused and safety-conscious

• Willingness to learn (for freshers)

• Fresher:

• Experienced (6 months):
