The Senior Creative Director/Group Creative Director position based in Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar, requires an individual who is passionate about crafting innovative ideas, creating compelling content, and delivering creative-tech experiences for renowned brands. As part of a full-service digital agency, you will have the opportunity to showcase your award-winning creativity while being actively involved in the execution process. You will report directly to the Chief Creative Officer and work in an environment that values creative autonomy, efficient execution, and the development of a talented and motivated team. Your main responsibilities will include leading digital-first creative strategies for various campaigns, content, and platforms. You will be expected to conceptualize and implement integrated ideas that seamlessly blend storytelling, design, and technology. In addition, you will play a key role in crafting social-first content, collaborating closely with strategy, tech, and production teams to bring concepts to life. Mentoring and cultivating a team of writers, designers, and creative thinkers will also be a significant focus, as you champion creative excellence and foster a collaborative and ego-free work culture. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in advertising or digital agencies, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. An internationally acclaimed portfolio showcasing achievements in prestigious awards such as Cannes, D&AD, or One Show is essential. You should have a hands-on creative mindset, demonstrating a passion for writing and a proven ability to build and nurture high-performing teams. A deep understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and creative technology is crucial, along with a collaborative and proactive personality that enhances teamwork and drives results.
