Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented video editor who can manage full-length podcast video editing from raw footage to final output. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling long-form video content, understands narrative flow, and has an eye for visual clarity and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Edit full-length podcast episodes (30–60 minutes) for YouTube and other platforms Add intro/outro segments, speaker tags, transitions, lower thirds, and captions Perform basic color correction and audio balancing Collaborate with the content and brand teams to maintain consistency in visual style Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for social media distribution Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output Requirements Proven experience editing long-form content, preferably podcasts or interviews Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools Strong understanding of pacing, framing, and sound design in conversational formats Ability to work independently and manage multiple edits in a structured timeline Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus Strong communication and file management skills What We Offer A chance to contribute to a fast-growing podcast brand with national reach Regular, high-quality projects that value creative ownership An opportunity to work directly with a strategic content team focused on meaningful impact Show more Show less
