Role Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented video editor who can proficiently handle the complete process of editing full-length podcast videos, starting from raw footage to the final edited output. The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing long-form video content, have a strong grasp of narrative flow, and possess a keen eye for visual clarity and engaging the audience. Key Responsibilities - Edit full-length podcast episodes (30-60 minutes) tailored for various platforms such as YouTube - Incorporate intro/outro segments, speaker tags, transitions, lower thirds, and captions to enhance the viewing experience - Conduct basic color correction and audio balancing for a polished final product - Collaborate closely with the content and brand teams to ensure visual style consistency - Repurpose extensive content into short-form videos suitable for social media distribution - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality edited content Requirements - Demonstrated experience in editing long-form content, preferably podcasts or interviews - Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software - Solid understanding of pacing, framing techniques, and sound design in conversational video formats - Ability to work independently, managing multiple editing projects within structured timelines - Motion graphics or animation skills are considered a valuable asset - Excellent communication skills and adept at file management What We Offer - An opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing podcast brand with a national audience reach - Regular, high-quality projects that emphasize creative ownership - Direct collaboration with a strategic content team focused on creating a meaningful impact,
