Description We are seeking a Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline communication. Responsibilities Design and develop chatbot applications using various frameworks and technologies. Integrate chatbot solutions with existing systems and APIs. Conduct user testing and refine chatbot interactions based on feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to enhance user experience. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in chatbot development or related fields. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in chatbots. Ability to work with APIs and web services for integration purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
