Identify and implement operational best practices to improve service quality and productivity. Partner with Technology teams to integrate process enhancements and system improvements. Serve as a point of escalation for complex loan cases, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan queries, disbursements, and escalations. Continuously enhance backend operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
