Role & responsibilities : Perform call audits for Kotak Mahindra Banks general insurance sales process Ensure compliance with process guidelines and product communication standards Share quality feedback and coach agents based on error trends Identify gaps and support training teams in improvement planning Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports Preferred candidate profile 6 months to 2 years of experience as QA in life or health insurance sales process Prior exposure to voice audits in BFSI preferred Immediate joiners only CIBIL score must be 650+ Qualification: HSC / Graduate Excellent communication, attention to detail, and process understanding
