Insurance Operations Specialist (Term Insurance)

The Term Insurance Operations Specialist role requires 1 - 3 years of experience in insurance operations. As an Any Graduate located in Gurgaon, your responsibilities will include connecting with customers through calls and emails to provide updates on next steps and pending requirements. This involves tasks such as document collection, verification, scheduling medicals, and ensuring retention.
