Job Description

As an Insurance Operations Analyst at Accenture, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing, researching, and resolving unallocated cash balances - Preventing overdue balances by managing receivables - Preparing, monitoring, and analyzing various business enabling reports like AR Aging, High Dollar Funds in suspense, Write-off, etc. - Responding to billing inquiries and requests from internal and external clients on all billing issues - Collaborating with the clients and onshore team to resolve premium variances - Applying cash against transactions for which the client has paid the funds - Updating and sending the funding report with the necessary actions - Creating or updating procedure manuals, ensuring that processes are documented accurately, and documentation is kept current - Reviewing the outstanding transactions and following up with the client while tracking progress Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation in any stream - 3 to 5 years of experience in the US Group Life and Disability domain (Preferred, not mandatory) - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Good typing skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently - 2 years of experience in the US Group Insurance domain Billing (preferred) / similar experience in another insurance domain (acceptable) - Proficiency in Insurance accounting system and check and cash app applications - Good ability to understand and analyze information to draw insightful conclusions - Knowledge of MS Office Tools (MS Excel preferred) In this role at Accenture, you are expected to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive moderate-level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and may also impact the work of others. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
