Escort the HNI customers for their medical check-up as and when required 14. Effective coordination with internal departments ( like Call Centre, QC Team, Billing Team, other location Branches) 15. Ensure all queries related to customers/diagnostic centres are handled effectively Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) * Graduate/Post Graduate with Minimum 6month to 1 year of experience preferably in Insurance/ TPA industry * Good understanding of Life Insurance operations * Good Knowledge of MS Office * Strong process & team management skills Personal Attributes & Competencies * Should be Flexible. * Should be work result oriented. * Good communication skills in English and hindi. * Time management skills.
