As a Process Associate/Process Developer for Genpact, you will be responsible for transaction processing and making reach out calls to Insured/provider/facility in accordance with standard work & SOP. Support all Audits and other assignments as and when required. 14. Have good knowledge on ERP, preferably People Soft ERP. 15. Have Excellent hands on experience on MS- Excel, Word and PPT presentation skills. 16.
