Insurance - Guidewire Integration - Staff

Role Overview: As a Guidewire Policy Centre Support with 3 to 6 years of experience at EY, you will play a crucial role in contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the integration of Guidewire software with external systems and designing, modifying, and implementing the Guidewire product suite. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute in various technical streams of Guidewire implementation project. - Manage the integration of Guidewire software with other external systems. - Design, modify, and implement Guidewire product suite. Qualifications Required: - Must be flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts. - Possess Guidewire version 9 technical/functional certification. - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, and API integration. - Experience in production support activities such as queue management, plug-in related issues, and batch file generations. - Familiarity with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, and Jenkins. - Understanding of service management, change management activities, SLAs, and estimator tools. - Exposure to working in shifts and on-call support, incident management, and problem management. - Knowledge of SDLC life cycle, release planning and management. - Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT. - Strong skills in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System. - Proficiency in Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic. - Exposure to incident management, problem management, and working in shifts.
