As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing support projects and contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Guidewire Claim Centre Support and Maintenance projects, leveraging your 9+ years of experience in the field. - Integrating Guidewire software with external systems to ensure seamless operations. - Supporting applications, conducting testing, managing deployments, and ensuring key SLAs and KPIs are met for project execution. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. - Guidewire version 9 technical/functional certification. - Proficiency in Guidewire platform, including Gosu scripting, data model, and integration techniques. - Experience with message queues, batch jobs, RESTful and SOAP web services, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft. - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, API integration, and production support activities. Additionally, you should have exposure to incident and problem management, SDLC life cycle, release planning, service management, change management activities, and tools like Service-now, JIRA, and Jenkins.
