Insurance Enabling Technologies - Guidewire Testing-Sr.Associate

As a Guidewire developer at PwC, your primary role is to specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Your responsibilities include designing, coding, and testing software solutions that cater to the specific needs of insurance organisations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements - Review estimates and suggest updates - Complete design and execute test cases in a timely fashion - Support development team and address client queries - Participate in scrum calls and provide status reports - Take part in CoE activities, trainings, recruitments as required and interested Preferred Skill Set: - Proficiency in Guidewire/ any Property & Casualty insurance product/Guidewire testing/ Portal/Billing center/Claim center/Rating/Policy center - Openness to work in shifts - Strong communication skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts - Automation skills would be a plus - Webservices testing skills, Database testing knowledge, DataHub, and InfoCenter knowledge would be advantageous - Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile delivery methodologies - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills, ability to understand/expand requirements & technical specs Qualification Required: - Education Qualification: BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA/B.sc/Msc - Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience In addition to the technical skills, you are expected to focus on building strong client relationships, managing and inspiring others, and enhancing your personal brand.
