Job Description – Insurance Billing Executive (Hospital Experience Required)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years (Mandatory – Hospital Insurance Billing)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Insurance Billing Executives with a strong background in hospital insurance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling insurance claims, pre-authorizations, approvals, billing, and coordination with TPAs/insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cashless insurance processing, including pre-auth approvals and TPA coordination.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims, documentation, and billing files.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all insurance-related activities.
• Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
• Maintain daily MIS reports and billing records.
• Coordinate with doctors, billing, and front office for required documents.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with hospital/TPA guidelines.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Mandatory hospital insurance billing experience: 2–4 years.
• Strong understanding of insurance codes, TPA processes, and cashless workflows.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with patients and insurance teams.
• Strong documentation and computer skills (Excel, hospital billing software).
• Ability to handle workload and meet timelines.

Preferred Background

• Candidates with experience in Health Insurance, TPA, Hospital Billing, Cashless Desk, or Insurance Coordinator roles.
• Any graduation is acceptable, provided insurance experience is strong.
