- Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve agency growth goals, including sales strategies and market penetration plans.
- Team Management: Recruit POSP Agent, train, and manage agency staff, including agents and support personnel.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance laws and regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage the agency's financial budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and ensuring profitability.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks to determine the likelihood and impact of various scenarios.
- Policy Development: Ensure operations comply with state and federal insurance laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree / Master degree.
- Experience: 5-12 years of experience in insurance management, with a proven track record of team leadership, sales success, and client management
- Responsible to Base location & Whole state.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and financial information.
- Experience: Experience in leading General insurance agencies or brokerage firms.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Motor insurance products, regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape
