You will be responsible for conducting testing procedures on electrical components and systems as an Electrical Test Engineer at our client's location in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh. Working as part of the R&D team, your primary role will involve ensuring that all products meet the required quality and safety standards, thus playing a crucial part in the development and enhancement of our electrical products. Your key responsibilities will include conducting electrical tests on a variety of components and systems, operating and maintaining high-voltage testing equipment, testing insulators, switchgears, and other related equipment, analyzing test results and preparing technical reports, ensuring compliance with BIS/IEC standards, accurately documenting and reporting test results, assisting in the development and refinement of test protocols, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with electrical components, maintaining and calibrating laboratory testing equipment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations, preparing test samples and equipment for testing, and collaborating with the R&D team on product development. To be successful in this role, you should possess an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field. While at least 14 years of experience are preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a lab environment, particularly in electrical testing, along with knowledge of testing procedures and lab equipment, would be advantageous. Having a strong grasp of electrical systems and components, attention to detail, analytical skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.,
