Role & Responsibilities: Deliver AHA-certified training - BLS, ACLS, PALS Instruct healthcare professionals and first responders in emergency response protocols and life-saving techniques- IV/IM therapy, Airway management, Lifting & moving techniques, First aid of Emergencies Prepare and manage course materials- Multimedia content, files Maintaining manikins and training equipment Ensure adherence to AHA curriculum, guidelines, and testing standards. Evaluate student performance through skills assessments and written exams. Maintain accurate records of course attendance, certification, and renewal status. Provide feedback and support to learners to promote understanding and retention. Facilitate hands-on practice sessions to enhance clinical skills and confidence. Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all participants. Qualification: Medical degree with experience as Instructor (Teaching experience mandatory)Good communication skills- English, Hindi, Bengali (Kolkata's local language) Certifications: American Heart Association certified Basic life support instructor Advanced Cardiac life support instructor Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor Location : Kolkata
