SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The person in this role will be responsible for delivering sales results through companys channels measured in revenue and demand generation. In addition, he will be responsible for setting and managing the Direct Key accounts in his respective region. The strategic direction includes managing channel partners capabilities, coverage, and compensation models across all of Companys verticals. The candidate must have a Channel and Distribution management background, preferably with Knowledge in field on instrumentation, and be able to perform and deliver results, with accountability and responsibility. The focus would be on the individual to deliver on promises. She/ He must have the gravitas of pulling it all together in a highly matrixed environment. Work with Sales leaders to develop the strategic account plan. Establishing plans to achieve financial targets for the account & channel organization. Develop tier-based channel ecosystem. Knowledge on CRM tool like SFDC and Sales Process for OEM & Channel business. Responsible for ensuring optimum Distribution and Channel inventory Demonstrate excellent cross-functional leadership by building strong relationships with leaders and key work partners both internally and externally for collaboration, communication, and accountability. Collaborates with Global Marketing to develop growth and strategic direction in strategic accounts. Driving sales campaigns, leading price discussions, product fulfilment Manages potential account concerns with other internal functions by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS An Graduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required. MBA from a premier B- School is preferred Experience working in south region in Instrumentation is preferrable. 6+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in Distribution and Channel management in a B2B environment Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively with cross-functional and international teams Strong experience in SFDC tools will be preferable.

The key business units within CAD are Field & Safety Instruments (FSI), Spectroscopy. Spectroscopy includes Molecular Spectroscopy (MOL), Bulk Elemental Analysis (BEA), Material Characterization (MC) The current position belongs to FSI includes products lines of portable XRF, Safety & security instruments & Radiation detection products meet the needs of analytical laboratories serving applications as diverse as secondary steel, pharma, Government security agencies, mining, atomic power centres Responsibilities: Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned territory (NCR and Northern states) and product portfolio of FSI . The focus is on technical/product-based customer requirements. Achieve Area AOP in terms of Sales & Revenue, closely adhering to the principles and guidelines of the company. Co-ordinate various sales programs to grow the installed base through customer dedication and relationships ensuring highest efficiency levels Regularly visiting the customers and ensuring high level of support for their continued business Provide comprehensive feedback on competition and competitor activities helping the marketing team to develop counter strategies Assist sales head in appointing the area channel partners as per business needs Ensure that the receivables are closely under control with respect to DSOs and ensuring that there are no overdue accounts Provide timely information to all the functions ensuring smooth and effective business operations in the region and as a member of the Sales Management should give to overall performance of the Division Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Candidate must have a Science or Engineering Graduate. More than 7-10 years of varied experience in the field of XRF, with at least 2-3years of tried experience in achieving the targets in Scientific Instruments preferable experience in handling XRF products.
