As an Aerospace Technician at Green Aero Propulsion in Delhi, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the assembly, integration, and testing of cutting-edge aerospace propulsion systems. Your key responsibilities will include assembling and installing high-pressure tubing systems, fittings, and related instrumentation according to engineering drawings, aerospace standards, and safety requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical fitting, plumbing of components, structural rig fabrication, and supporting the day-to-day assembly, integration, and functional testing of aerospace components and subassemblies. Pressure testing, function checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of assembly work will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you are required to have an educational background in Mechanical, Aerospace, Instrumentation, or a related discipline such as ITI/Diploma/B.Tech, along with at least 13 years of experience in aerospace, high-precision engineering, or a relevant industry. You should demonstrate proficiency in mechanical assembly, fitting, and testing, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, piping/instrumentation diagrams, and technical documentation. Moreover, familiarity with instrumentation sensors, data logging equipment, safety protocols for high-pressure systems, and standard hand tools is essential. Welding and rig structure fabrication experience, along with basic electrical wiring skills, are preferred.
