Job Title: Instrumentation Supervisor Salary: 20003500 SAR Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Supervisor to lead and oversee field activities related to instrumentation installations and testing. This role involves managing site teams, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining safety and quality compliance throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day instrumentation work at site, ensuring alignment with drawings and specs. Lead field teams in installation, wiring, calibration, and testing of instrumentation devices. Monitor progress and report deviations, ensuring all instruments are correctly integrated and functioning. Manage field coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues. Document daily work status, testing logs, and prepare site reports for project tracking. Ensure safety compliance and lead toolbox talks related to instrumentation jobs. Support commissioning engineers during loop testing and integration phases. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in industrial projects (e.g., oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing). Technical Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in installing and supervising instrumentation works. Experience with industrial communication protocols and control systems. Familiarity with testing tools and field integration standards. Soft Skills: Leadership ability to guide field teams and enforce discipline. Clear communication for coordination between field and engineering teams. Strong focus on site safety and timely task completion.
