Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Implement to Emerson’s project execution life cycle and maintain all relevant documentation, including technical and quality documents. Own the project and act as the primary connect with the customer for the entire scope of the project. Define software and hardware concepts, including third-party interfaces (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC). Develop software libraries, including logic and graphics, and build project-specific software templates. Perform software typical tests and develop I/O & base control modules. Craft and develop customized, sophisticated logic and graphics. Build third-party interface databases/modules. Review and develop the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the entire system. Review all project-related documentation, including SW/HW and project management aspects. Develop internal test plans, verify cabinet builds, and perform internal testing. Conduct Third-Party Interface testing. Develop and implement Software (SW) FAT plans, Hardware (HW) FAT plans, and HW-SW integration plans. Perform coordinated testing between software and hardware and conduct FAT with customers. Build and handles-Built documentation and SAT plans. Perform SAT at customer locations and conduct loop checks on-site. Provide support for startup and commissioning activities. Be responsible for the coordination of lead age initiatives. Quality Control & Assurance Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project. Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer’s regulatory guidelines Practices and promotes First time right approach. Rigorously follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices). Other Duties Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. Youll play a critical role in tag implementation, analytics instrumentation, SEO technical audits, and automation of scalable marketing tech solutions across app and web. Key Responsibilities Martech Implementation & Tracking : Own and manage tag deployment via GTM for both web and app (via GTM for Firebase). Support event tracking setup and validation using GA4, Firebase, and AppsFlyer. Maintain and improve marketing automation systems to ensure accurate data flows and campaign attribution. Technical SEO Support Assist in automating SEO page creation, metadata generation, sitemap updates, and schema implementation. Perform regular technical audits for crawl errors, site speed, internal linking, indexation, and structured data. Coordinate with SEO/content teams to ensure pages are technically optimized before going live. App-Web Connectivity Support deep linking implementation (e.g., Firebase Dynamic Links) and app store optimization (ASO) tagging where needed. Ensure event parity between web and app, including setup of UTM parameters, app events, and landing page tracking. Data Quality & Testing Monitor and troubleshoot tracking anomalies, incorrect firing of events, or tag misfires across platforms. Assist in A/B testing setups (Google Optimize, Firebase Remote Config, or other tools) and ensure clean tracking/reporting setup. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Product, SEO, Content, and Performance teams to implement marketing technology needs. Work with engineering and external vendors to manage data layer specifications and tech requirements. Qualifications & Skills 4 - 7 years of experience in Martech, digital analytics, or technical SEO roles. Hands-on experience with GTM (Web + App), GA4, Firebase, and AppsFlyer. Strong understanding of event tagging, UTM parameters, user flows, and basic HTML/JavaScript. Familiarity with tools like Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, SEMrush, or similar. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and implementation skills. Fintech, e-commerce, or app-first company experience is a strong plus.
