Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Siemens PLC Specialist to join our automation team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in industrial automation , hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs (S7-300/400/1200/1500) , and a strong understanding of SCADA , HMI , and field instrumentation . Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and commission PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal , Step 7, and related tools. Design and implement SCADA/HMI systems (WinCC, Intouch, etc.). Troubleshoot and debug control systems at customer sites and during FAT/SAT. Collaborate with the project and electrical design team to finalize control logic and I/O mapping. Provide technical support for system integration, panel testing , and onsite commissioning. Document programs, logic diagrams, and user manuals in compliance with project requirements. Maintain and update standard PLC libraries and programming templates . Required Skills Proven experience in programming and commissioning Siemens PLCs (S7-300/400/1200/1500). Strong knowledge of TIA Portal , Step 7 , and WinCC . Experience with industrial automation systems in process industries (F&B, Pharma, Marine, etc.). Understanding of field instruments, sensors, actuators, and VFDs. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control logic diagrams.
