Job Description

' You will be responsible for providing technical support to our operations, maintenance and engineering teams, ensuring the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. You will be responsible for: 1. Analyzer system Maintenance and Reliability 2. MOC/ PCR Engineering Management and Optimization 3. Documentation and Reporting 4. Collaboration Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of various analytical technologies like gas chromatography, spectroscopy, and other process analyzer systems. Understanding of process control systems (DCS/PLC) and their integration with analyzer systems. Proficiency in reliability analysis techniques such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Familiarity with data analysis tools, reliability software, and predictive maintenance technologies. Educational Background : A Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Specialised training or certification in analyzer systems or reliability engineering is a plus.
