Instrument Technician

As an experienced professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for the installation and calibration of online sensors in Ahmedabad. Your primary duties will include installing online sensors to monitor various parameters such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, etc. in real-time processes. It will be essential to calibrate these sensors following the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards to ensure accurate data readings. Additionally, you will be required to conduct routine maintenance and inspections of online sensors to guarantee consistent performance and reliability. This includes cleaning and maintaining sensor components to prevent fouling and ensure precise measurements. In case of issues with online sensors, such as signal discrepancies, calibration errors, or component failures, you will troubleshoot and diagnose these problems. You will also be responsible for performing repairs or replacements of faulty components like sensors, cables, or transmitters. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to validate sensor accuracy by conducting tests and comparing results with laboratory instruments or other calibration standards. Ensuring that the sensors provide real-time, reliable data for the control system or monitoring applications will be a key priority for you.
