Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and refine activity-based learning methods and remedial content for secondary students, ensuring alignment with NCERT curriculum and recommendations. Pedagogical Innovation: Develop and recommend new learning methodologies that accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student autonomy in learning. Hands-on experience with classroom teaching and the integration of theory with practice to meet diverse learner needs. Key Competencies and Attributes: Strong understanding of secondary education systems, curriculum design, NEP guidelines, and the challenges faced in secondary education. In-depth subject matter expertise in secondary education domains. Proven ability to design and align curriculum and assessment tools effectively. Capability to scaffold learning content and recommend targeted remediation and enrichment strategies based on learner performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other educational technologies.
