Content Developer - Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Content Developer to join our Amazon INFC Learning team to support operations training initiatives.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization.You must be skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content. The role involves developing comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, and managing learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards.Success in this role requires strategic thinking ability with a creative problem-solving approach, excellence in project management with keen attention to detail, and good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Key job responsibilities-Design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization-Create engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays- Experience in customer service and project management will be an added advantage- Must be proficient in translating content into regional languages- Ability to manage data effectively through analysis and generate accurate reports- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills- Hands on experience on various content development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Vyond.
- Experience working in a related industry
