What You'll Do:

• Design and develop instructor-led training content focused on AI/ML

• Collaborate with SMEs to break down complex topics into hands-on, accessible experiences

• Build structured learning pathways — from AI foundations to advanced deep learning

• Create live training assets: slide decks, hands-on labs, real-world case studies, assessments

• Align with global teams on standards, delivery formats, and localization

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in instructional design or LXD (tech or AI focus preferred)

• Experience designing for instructor-led formats

• Strong understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, machine learning, ethics, etc.

• Ability to create hands-on, practical, and interactive learning materials

• Bonus: GitHub experience, AI frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, etc.), or virtual labs
