Instructional Designer & Digital Content Creator

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer and Digital Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality digital content. You will be responsible for designing and developing academic and digital learning materials, with a focus on using modern digital tools and technologies, including video creation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design: Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning experiences for academic and digital content.
• Content Development: Create compelling digital content, including video scripts, presentations, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
• Digital Tools: Utilize various digital tools, such as Canva for graphic design, video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia), and AI-powered tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex information into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.
• Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to instructional design standards.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept and storyboard to final delivery and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proven experience with graphic design tools like Canva.
• Hands-on experience with video creation and editing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for content generation, research and enhancement.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
