Instructional Design

As an Instructional Designer at TekWissen, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective training materials. Your primary focus will be on developing storyboards and power presentations for various types of training, including eLearning, ILTs, and vILTs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and ensure that the training materials meet their specifications. Additionally, experience with content authoring tools such as Whatfix and Walk ME would be beneficial for this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong English written skills, along with a proven track record in instructional design and storyboard creation for eLearning, ILT, and vILT training content. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
