We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic individual with 24 years of experience in institutional or proprietary trading environments. The role involves executing trades in cash and derivatives segments, supporting senior traders, engaging with clients, and assisting with market analysis and trade settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute client orders accurately across NSE/BSE cash and derivatives segments.
• Monitor and manage client exposures in line with internal risk controls.
• Assist in deploying execution strategies, including basic algo and manual orders using platforms such as ODIN or Omnesys.
• Conduct basic technical charting and market research using available tools and indicators.
• Support clients by sharing key market updates and trade ideas from the desk.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for daily trade reconciliation and settlement queries.
• Maintain trade logs, generate basic reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior traders to understand execution strategy, client engagement, and trading desk discipline.

Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in institutional dealer desk support.
• Basic understanding of cash and F&O markets, trading platforms, and order routing systems.
• Familiarity with ODIN, Omnesys/NEST, or Bloomberg (added advantage).
• Working knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic trading environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
