The ideal candidate will manage and streamline academic program operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery of our academic initiatives. Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end execution of academic programs, workshops, and bootcamps. Liaise with mentors, trainers, and partner schools to schedule sessions and ensure smooth delivery. Maintain and update academic schedules, reports, and dashboards. Connect with the schools for the discussion Monitor program progress, student engagement, and trainer effectiveness. Ensure timely communication with students, schools, and parents where required. Manage digital tools used for academic delivery (Google Classroom, Zoom, LMS platforms, etc.). Qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field). 23 years of experience in academic coordination, education operations, or program management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Minimum qualification graduations. Why Join Us?
