Job Title: Project Architect Location: Bengaluru, India Experience Required: 1015 Years Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale institutional projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead conceptual and schematic design phases with a strong sustainable and contextual approach. Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQs. Oversee end-to-end project delivery including design development, documentation, site coordination, and final handover. Coordinate with consultants including MEP, Structural, HVAC, and Interior Design teams. Conduct regular site visits, address RFIs, and ensure design integrity during execution. Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with NBC, GRIHA/LEED, local municipal codes, and statutory regulations. Requirements B.Arch (Master’s degree is a plus). 10–15 years of architectural experience with a focus on institutional, healthcare, or large residential/commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Project/Primavera. Strong understanding of construction systems, faade detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
