As a Career Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and professionals in making informed career decisions. Your expertise will help individuals explore career paths, develop job search strategies, and achieve their professional goals .Key Responsibilities: 1. *Lead Generation*: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and referrals. 2. *Candidate Counselling*: Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions to students and professionals, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. 3. *Career Guidance*: Offer expert advice on career development, resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. 4. *Follow-ups*: Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to track their progress, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments to their career plans. 5. *Institutional Tasks*: Collaborate with other teams within the institution to ensure seamless delivery of career services and stay updated on industry trends. 6. *Program Development*: Contribute to the development and improvement of career counselling programs, workshops, and resources ## Requirements: 1. *Education*: Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. 2. *Experience*: Proven experience in career counselling, recruitment, or a related field. 3. *Skills*: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work with diverse populations. 4.
