As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of product delivery to customers by overseeing the release of certified releases. Building solid relationships with team members is essential to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our business partners. Collaborating with developers, product managers, and business systems analysts, you will contribute to product and feature design. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing test strategies, test scenarios, and test plans for new components. Working closely with software development teams, you will root-cause issues and review Test Cases and other QA team documents. Developing comprehensive plans, schedules, metrics, and data needs for end-to-end integration testing will be part of your daily tasks, including database impacts, software scenarios, usability, environment setups, and build plans. Regularly maintaining and reporting on essential QA metrics is crucial for performance evaluation. To scale processes in growing companies, you will implement tools and technologies, identifying automation opportunities to speed up regression cycles. Ensuring complete traceability of issues from the roadmap to production environments is paramount for successful product delivery. You should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent. Your ability to learn quickly, motivate team members, instil accountability, and achieve results is key to success in this role. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and delivering quality results. Being a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on time is essential. Experience in quality assurance testing, including functional, performance (load, stress, reliability), and regression testing, is required. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, is preferred. A passion for testing with a "break it" mentality is advantageous. Proficiency in SELENIUM (JAVA), JMeter, and hands-on experience with MySQL would be a plus for this role.,
