Job Title: JAMA Lead Developer Location: Bangalore (Remote flexibility available) Experience: 6 - 15 years Job Description: We are seeking a JAMA Lead Developer to lead the upgrade and consolidation of multiple JAMA instances into a single platform. The role involves end-to-end migration, data analysis, archiving, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring deep JAMA expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead JAMA upgrade & migration from v8.20.1 to v9.26. Consolidate multiple JAMA instances into one unified instance. Analyze transferable vs. non-transferable data and plan migration. Develop processes for data archiving & reporting. Integrate JAMA with LDAP/Active Directory for user management. Set up & optimize test environments; conduct unit, integration & UAT testing. Ensure compliance with data privacy and enterprise standards. Tune performance of upgraded JAMA instances. Required Skills & Experience: 815 years of IT experience with proven expertise in JAMA administration/development . Strong hands-on experience in JAMA upgrades, migrations, and instance consolidation . Knowledge of data migration, archiving, and reporting strategies . Integration experience with LDAP/Active Directory . Solid understanding of testing, compliance, and performance optimization .
