We are seeking a Biomedical Engineer with basic knowledge of X-ray machines and a minimum of one year of work experience or freshers. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling equipment breakdown calls, performing preventive maintenance, managing installations, and following up on service revenue. It is essential for the candidate to be willing to travel at any time for fieldwork in the assigned regions. Responsibilities include reporting to the Regional Service Manager and General Manager Service, managing breakdown calls in the designated territory for the MIF, ensuring quick response times to reduce downtime, conducting installations of new machines as per commitments and providing customer training for optimal equipment use. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for acquiring after-service contracts such as CMC and AMC in the assigned territory, performing preventive maintenance for the MIF under warranty and service contracts to minimize repeated breakdowns, and enhancing unit performance. Other responsibilities include updating service records on SIMS/CRM, ensuring proper updating of service records by the regional service team, creating installation records, managing the delivery of service parts to customers, returning defective parts, and completing ad hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.
